Number notation in statistics on network landing page uses . as a thousands separator #4478

What version of EMX2 are you using (see footer) v11.29.0

Describe the bug On the network landing page, the statistics displayed (e.g. 3.700 participants), uses a period as a thousands separator, as is done in Dutch, rather than a comma, which is done in English.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://emx2.dev.molgenis.org/catalogue-demo/ssr-catalogue/testNetwork1'
  2. See error

Expected behavior Numbers like 3700 are displayed as 3,700 (or, alternatively, just 3700).
