Fixed issue #174 #182

Generated file format documentation module headers now work predictably. A module name is compulsory and will show if there is no label given. (needed to remove the "if label == null -> return name" for that) When a label is provided, that is shown instead of the name.

Need to doublecheck and possibly write a test.
