mref input broken after update to molgenisrequest #188

the mref input is broken, probably after e change from tuple to molgenisRequest. (see image below)

the request returns a double brackets ( eg [[1, 2, 3, 4, ...]] When this list is parsed the double brackets are not removed and the Integer.parse() method fails badly.

Can someone who knows what he/she is doing please fix this?
