How to Reproduce

Expected behavior

An open menu living within its own context

Observed behavior

An open menu that is partially rendered outside of the menu context

Account, Help, select language and the signout button fall outside of menu

Note: only in bootstrap 3 pages

I think the bootstrap 3 pages use the freemarker version of the menu?

Code is part of other repo, and issue describes a molgenis issue; moved to other repo https://github.com/molgenis/molgenis/issues/8684
