Importer accepts nillable id/label attribute

How to Reproduce

• Sign in as superuser
• Navigate to the Advanced data import plugin in menu Import data
• Import it_emx_idlabel-nillable.xlsx

Expected behavior

• Import fails stating that id and label attribute can't be nillable

Observed behavior

• Import succeeds. id and label attribute are not nillable

so complaint is that MOLGENIS fixes your data without telling you?

actually, I believe label attribute can be nillable because then the id attribute should be used.
