Harmonization plugin related changes #423

  1. Fixed the naming scheme for some of the variables.
  2. Allow users to batch upload predictor definition instead of to define one predictor every time, more efficient for mapping
  3. Replaced the JqueryUI Modal with Bootstrap modal for adding new predictor pop-up window
