Updates to AnimalDB filter save options & editAnimalPlugin addition #459

added option to save and load colHeader filters
existing saved filters are overwritten if same name is specified on save.
added apply quickview option in matrix, to quickly load a filter/column layout
included the most recent changes to the editAnimalPlugin.

passes local Selenium testing ;)
