Missing file "clustering/deanonymize.txt" #14

Hi,

I think a file is missing here, either it was not added to the repo or it was moved and its location was not updated.

In [scRNA-seq/R-scripts/seurat_clustering.R] on line 111,

I think this file is necessary to reproduce the results.

Hi Zachary,

You are right that this file is necessary to fully reproduce the results. However, the file contains information that we can't openly share, but you can request the data through https://genenetwork.nl/scrna-seq/. If you scroll down to data access you will find a "Request data" button that will link you to the required form. We will then look at the request as fast as we can.

Hi, I noticed the link, "https://molgenis58.target.rug.nl/scrna-seq/", in the paper is unavailable. Therefore I didn't know where to request data. Thanks for your reply.

Maybe it would be better to update the link to readme file of this repo.

Hi,

We're currently in contact with Nature Genetics to correct the link in the paper, as the server on which it was originally hosted is no longer operational. I'll also change it in our readme. Thanks for the suggestion!

Dear, the data can not be accessed. We need the sample info for analyse the scRNA data. Could u provide?
