Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current method would require additional bash scripting when converting a file with HPO-terms to input for vibe.

Describe the solution you'd like Allowing comma-seperated HPO-terms to be accepted through a single -p argument: -p <hpo>,<hpo>
