GADO default HC filter not working properly #275

Open a report with HPO terms provided Click on the "gado low confidence" checkbox

Expected: All variants on screen remain in the list and gado low confidence variants are added

Actual: Variants on screen are remove if they have "gado high confidence" (and no HPO terms) and gado low confidence variants are added
