Singularity library cache environmental variables not propagating to scripts #59

I've set $NXF_SINGULARITY_LIBRARYDIR and $NXF_SINGULARITY_CACHEDIR prior to submitting script with sbatch, but those values aren't passed into the script calls. Variables reported as empty and throw warnings in stdout and stderr files.
