Changing date format from french to english

Hi,

First of all, thank you for this theme, I find it quite elegant and sober, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I managed to change a few things I wanted, but one thing I just cannot manage to fix is the date format. I would like the dates to not be displayed in french, but rather in english. I have troubles finding a way to do that, and was wondering whether there was maybe an easy fix?
