internationalization #6

It'd be great to be able to have the GUI translated. I'd probably be able to provide a French translation of the GUI within a few weeks if the Qt translation mechanism was in place.

Only on the qtcharts branch, I generated *.ts files. @trebmuh You can modify the qloud_fr.ts with Qt's linguist GUI. See commit a507ed54345c1ad6eb7f670853002514ffef79c0
