2 years ago Hello Augusté, thank you for your support. This issue is very important for me bcs this situation is broke my statistics.
In addition, payments made by credit card sometimes return as payment error status. When I check the Dashboard, I see that the payment has been successfully completed.
When these problems are resolved, I will continue to use mollie without any problems.

regarding the issue, in order to investigate it further, could you send us your BO credentials to support@invertus.eu?
Alternatively, could you provide more information if the orders have the same card ID or not, what is the Mollie order transactions, do they use the same one?
Additionally, if you could share your Mollie history of the payment with the issue, that would help to resolve this as well.

In answer to you question, yes i have same id_cart in duplicate orders. At the same time, when I check the order detail, I see the same transaction id in the mollie field.
In this case I think the webhook is called twice. The webhook is not checking if the cart id has been used before.

as per our discussion via email, our developer has added new check just before order creation to check if the cart already has order created. The fix will be included in our upcoming release.
The upcoming release beta version launch is planned for January 20th. We will additionally let you know once it is released!

Actual behavior A copy order (Excluding Reference Number) created with the same information after the order placed by the customer. Customer name, product, order amount etc. Information such as is used in the second order created. This issue has been present since version 4.4.2.
