Added support for spree version 4.0

Unfortunately spree 4.0 depends on ruby version 2.5 or higher. Therefore those tests cant pass right now. Not sure if you want to change the test suite and the gem requirements to match this?

Updated the Travis configuration to only test against newer Ruby version. Let's see if that helps.
