I want to restore my messages from a phone (samsung galaxy A3 on android 8) to an other ( Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact on Android 9)
I tried to transfert by wifi but it doesn't operate my phone don't recognize each other on Molly
So I want to restore from a back up, after taping the key it load the message and at the end an error message appear : "The backup contains poorly trained data" 'I don't know if it the exact message it's a translation from the French like in the screenshot) and the messages aren't restore
I try to restore too on Signal on the two phone it give the same error it come from the molly backup on the Galaxy A3
Have you got any ideas of solutions to resolve this issue ?
