The migration from to Molly from Signal is described in the wiki. However, before going that route it would be helpful to know how to migrate back to Signal, just in case. If the steps to migrate back to Signal are the same (i.e. the Molly backups are compatible with Signal's restore) then stating that explicitly in the existing documentation would be sufficient, of course.
