Auto-updater fails to download apk in Android 14 without Google Play #282

Is there an existing issue for this?

Bug description

Bug reported in the Matrix room:

Molly selfupdate is not working if u are using grapheneos without google play! Tested on 6a, 7a, 8 and 8 pro.

Had the same issue for the last two updates. 7.8.1-1-FOSS Android 14
