Problem updating username if it has changed on Primary Device profile

Bug description

I use Signal 7 in Primary Device. I configure a user name.

I link Molly v7.0.1-1 as Linked Device.

All goes well.

Then on the Primary Device, Signal 7, I decide to change the username.

Then I see this message on my linked device

In fact, the linked device only suggests that I reconfigure a new username. It doesn't seem to know that the Primary Device has a new one.
