Don't allow signal desktop to load chat history from mobile #286

Feature description

Currently when logged in to signal desktop, it loads the chat history of mobile device. It would be a security feature to set a device shouldn't be able to load messages from main logged in devices. This can be set at each device local level to not sends chat history to outside so that no other device would be able to load it.

Even if i turn off the internet of mobile device, signal desktop is able to load chat history. Don't know why😅. Becoz i think signal doesn't stores chats. I am not aware of signal's codebase hence please let me know if it stores

All linked devices have their own message queue, Signal desktop loads messages from there and not from mobile.
