Feature description

I need of these settings for those activities like dentists, beauticians, etc. that they leave chat and then retake it, after write a word, after go to make another thing, afterwards they write another word and so on.

The solution for these people is blocking the chat and allow the call just to book an appointment.

In summary:

Chat NO Call YES

Because some call center annoying me with very slow chats...
