Feature description

https://github.com/openai/whisper and https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng could be used

The voice change feature has to happen locally, before leaving the device.

This is particularly useful in dictatorship countries with Ai police.

Possibility to choice voices like Trump, Biden, famous actors, etc.
