Feature Request - Feedback on Challenges #241

Some CTF Systems from competitions I participated in asked for feedback on challenges on completion, e.g. rating from 1-5 and a comment textbox.

That would be useful for planning future events.

an overall user defined rating would be beneficial to the admins (challenge creators), and to other users. OP's thoughts on 1-5 w/comment field is good. I would like to see a 1-5 or 1-10 scale of radio buttons with a small multi-color graphic representing the average rating. to complicate it more there could be a separate rating for each flag that is needed to complete the challenge, along with the "overall" rating the user provides.
