Docker Hub Autobuild #395

@moloch-- might be nice to get an autobuild going for Docker Hub. I don't believe I can do it unless I use a fork as it only lists your own repositories.

So Docker Hub requires organizational access, which I won't be able to grant (i.e., access to my employer's Github repos). I have GitHub Pro, maybe we can use Github Actions to setup automatic builds, then upload the containers?

Hmm, when I was looking at it, I thought it gave the option for personal along with organizations but granting access to the org was optional. Since RTB is under your personal repo and not an organization, I wouldn't think it would require that.

I just added my personal and didn't grant my org and I can build on any of my personal repos.

I'll look again, it didn't seem to let me un-select the organizational access.
