We wanted to only allow the source code market and not overwhelm the with options he does not need or should not use. This also changes:

removes relevant items in black market
removes relevant menu items
removes Wall of Sheep if Federal Reserve not allowed
hide the banking password input if Password Security or Federal Reserve is not allowed
accordingly show black market infromation on user home page

add new config key allowed_market_items to only allow buying/using specific market items
