Add a simple IPython profile to the Start menu & tray

Hello,
please add the simple IPython profile "IPython (sh)" to the Start menu and mor 
importantly to the tray access.

The simple profile is very good to test something quickly without waiting to 
load the full pylab and SciPy libraries in the pylab profile.

Hi,

The following patch should do just that + it will make SciTe the default editor 
for all ipython instances (if installed).

Please try and report any issues.
