Installer does not create a link for Spyder

8. When you installed Python(x,y), were you logged in as :
a. a regular user

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install python xy
2. Look in the program menu for Spyder it is not there
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a link to Spyder in the pythonxy menu.

Please provide any additional information below.
