I've just uploaded it at the right place, thanks for your contribution!

Next time, you may use this link to upload plugins:
http://code.google.com/p/pythonxy/downloads/list

But could you please upload a zip archive of the plugin directory?
(it is very important that any user can rebuild from scratch Python(x,y) using 
the source package)
