[enhancement] Add iep to pythonxy? #255

Dear developers,

For research purposes, I need a very agile, interactive development environment 
for Python. I'm very enthousiastic about the simplicity, lightness and 
stability of iep:

Could you please consider adding it to pythonxy?

We have Spyder - can you point out the advantages of Iep over it?

I'll take a look and consider it as an additional package.

Let's not wait everyone's time on this. Both our time and Spyder developers 
time too...  I do not want to encourage copying Spyder features: it's 
duplicating efforts and discouraging both users and developers.

So let's stick with Spyder.
