needs a release #75

Due to "recent" fixup for deprecated in nibabel .get_affine, and since now v0.8-5-ge017df5 -- having 0.9 or 0.8.1 release would be great so people do not run into some of those issues like they did in https://github.com/nipy/heudiconv/issues/588
