With this branch it is now possible to create .deb files from the command line. These files are used on Ubuntu and Debian to install applications. Required additions:
Introduce makefile targets for making linux deb file.
Add resource files for deb file in new directory
Add some useful shell scrips
Centralise the place where preprocessor flags are checked in code (all now inside misc.cpp)
Needs confirmation that Windows build isn't affected.
