Installation instructions #1

The installation instructions seem to be missing a step.

It goes from conda installation to 'Get the seamm.yml file from the conda_environments subfolder. To someone who does not know what repositories to use, this seems to mean from some conda_environments subfolder associated with the conda installation they have just performed.

The second paragraph should link to the misc folder under MolSSI-seamm and tell the user to clone this repository.

Installation instructions should also specify that find_executables.py is in same repository under scripts.
