Unable to submit files with job #160

MolSSI Workflow version: 2024.1.2
Python version: 3.11
Operating System: MacOS

Description

Simple flowchart with a single "file" parameter in the control parameters. When submitted the file is not transferred with the job, so anything that uses the file fails.
