Since we need to move ~/.seammrc to ~/seamm.d/seammrc and ~/SEAMM/seamm.ini now contains only personal preferences, it make sense to move it ~/.seamm.d also. Perhaps it would be wise to keep ~/SEAMM/seamm.ini as a fallback for e.g. classes?
