WIP - Dashboard clean up

This is a web dashboard to be used with MolSSI's [Simulation Environment for Atomistic and Molecular Modeling](https://molssi-seamm.github.io) (SEAMM). This dashboard will allow users to view results of their calculations (jobs), keep track of their simulation procedures (flowcharts), and group their jobs into projects.

WIP - Dashboard clean up #26

This PR makes changes to improve the look of the dashboard.

[x] Fix 404 error page
[x] Get rid of table on job report page
[x] Fix text area spacing in job report page

To be included in a later PR:

[ ] Revist main landing page. Add mock up of information user might want to view (may not be real yet)
[ ] Revist projects and flowchart list views (information currently on page may be slow or unimportant)
