Refresh button on job report page

This dashboard will allow users to view results of their calculations (jobs), keep track of their simulation procedures (flowcharts), and group their jobs into projects.

Refresh button on job report page #44

There should be a refresh button on the jobs report page which refreshes the files.

This was addressed in a PR (not sure of number)
