Include poorMansInstaller #25

Hey everyone,

Since SciTE doesnt come with an Installer, yet, there might be the interest of having one at hands within downpoured/scite-files. Liked the Idea of writing one in plain Batch, since SciTEs time is really a steampunky one. The following batchcode is optimized to be a balance of simplicity and functionality. I used it for nearly about a year now and think the code is stable.

For Windows, the official SciTE page, https://www.scintilla.org/SciTEDownload.html links to Troy Simpson's installer at https://www.ebswift.com/scite-text-editor-installer.html

It looks like his installer is up to date, having 4.0.5. If you write your own installer, send me a link and I'll include a link to it on the scite-files page.
