locale.ja.properties 3.7.5 rev2: shortcut key et #45

Adding shortcut keys.
Remove the "+" in TranslationCredit. (With the deletion of ""1.62+" section)
Change the comment to English.

I also referenced AutoItSciTEj a very little. (He's claiming the public domain)

Hi,

Yes, adding alt-key shortcuts is a good idea.

Please remove the comment shortcut keys are in win32/SciTERes.rc, as it only applies to windows, and there are other shortcuts listed in other files like scintilla's code.
Are you sure the last line Indent= needs to be added? If it is, can we move it earlier in the file next to an organized place, for example, if it is for the indentation settings dialog let's move it up into that section.

"Indent" is usually written in Japanese. I've moved. But, a different position from the English version, or a new string is added in the middle. This makes it more difficult to recognize the difference.
