Update embedded frontend to latest on frontend:dev
Include favicon since we are hosting the frontend through spring-boot now, include the favicon
Add goal the package goal to spring-boot-maven-plugin so that we can utilize it to build a version ready for local deployment

Even as multiple requests come into the controller after the initial request, we do not repeat the process of "Aligning the structure 8GCH with 934 motifs" which means we are only running the alignment once before we return to the response to all requests.
