Both Active Site parsers now pull from the local resources, rather than directly from github.
Once merged into dev and deployed, we can check to make sure it works by hitting /tasks/updatemotifs and checking the logs. there should be a line along the lines of
[qtp965645895-44] o.m.m.service.MotifService : Saving 1017 new motifs
in the spring boot logs if it pulled the files correctly.
