[MOL-206] dependency update #181

Description

Updating all of the dependencies that do not require an overhaul of code.

Making minor changes so that dependencies can be updates (error throwing that is now required). General clean up of duplicate AWS directories.

Sure-fire could not be updated because it was not compatible with current j-unit and would not run unit tests.

CHANGES CAN BE SEEN ON DEV.
