Add alt location #70

For each residue that has been aligned:

  1. check if .hasAltLocation()
  2. If it doesn't, good. Otherwise...
  3. get the list of atoms for this residue
  4. get the first atom
  5. get the alt location name for this atom
  6. add this to the alt locations for this response
