Throw a 404 message if a motif is not found with a PDB id #85

When using the {{server}}/motifs/{{PDBid}} endpoint it is hard to tell if sometimes there it is actually missing an id or not

Merging should be after #81 since it contains those changes (can change branch direction after the merge, just trying to show changes made)
