Description

Motif Maker testing done for: Self, Random, and List

Everytime we are generating the motif using the information given in the endpoint.

Self: Test with either the uploaded structure or structure obtained from the PDB
Random: Generate random PDB ids (up to given count) and compare the alignments with found ids
List: Using a list of given PDB ids compare the alignments

Allows the option to include custom structures for testing the alignment. When included these are always tested.
