This pull-request resolves issue that is reproducible on Mac OS X El Captain and with git versions 2.5.4 and 2.7.1.

With names city-Buenos-Aires.yml and City-Buenos-Aires.yml git always shows one of them as modified and treat them as one file, creating a mess in time of repo updating.
