Hi, Can you please give some details on how to use this repo?

Hi Bibhash Chandra Mitra,

The project is mostly dead, consider checking out the DeepChem project for deep learning for chemoinformatics or the sea16.docking.org server a webserver for predicting new activities for compounds.
