Thanks for this. I was actually working on the same release when you posted this — a tzdb release juuust before Christmas tends to lead to a delay in incorporating it. 😄

Unfortunately there seems to be a bug in the data building process somewhere, because several zones have changed data when that isn't reflected in the IANA source (e.g. America/Ciudad_Juarez has extra data, and a lot of the tests for America/Nuuk have vanished). I'm getting the same results locally, so I'll have to debug why that's happening before any data updates can be published.
