Slash command implementation - untested #100

I don't have a proper configuration file to be able to test these changes - hopefully everything's good.

5f46a7f - This one was a weird one - complained about not being able to convert string to .ServerVersion - yet the configuration itself is a string. :/

I think the overload would have changed in the .NET 6 preview, not sure though.

I'll downgrade them for .NET 5.0 and see if that rectifies the issue.

Hi, I'm really sorry this PR has gone unreviewed for so long. Until last week the only person who really knew anything about this bot was Hona, and he's been completely inactive for the past 6 months or so.

I've just been getting up to speed with the codebase, I did a small amount the other week implementing basic slash commands I've just pushed as we've got someone else interested in working on this.

If you want to continue working on this please let me know, it's probably best you get in touch on Discord (discord.gg/momentummod) as the future of this project is a quite up in the air right now.
