Replace MathJax with KaTeX #321

Supposedly faster, and the download size is about 3 times smaller (MathJax ~250kb, KaTeX ~75kb).

Also, added a frontmatter setting so we only load it on pages that actually need it (so just the bhop page, and now the contribution guide page so I could show it off)

Should improve overall perf considerably
