In-Game Sprays #1047

Players can buy official sprays with cosmetic points. You can only use sprays in multiplayer lobbies, and you cannot create your own sprays (To help with moderation). You can also unlock sprays when you reach a new level eg. Momentum Man spray for level 5.

Describe the solution you'd like Basically what I explained above, you can buy pre-made skins with cosmetic points.

Additional context Might require engine access, not sure.

There could also be clan sprays, referencing this issue on the website: https://github.com/momentum-mod/website/issues/333. They should be free and only obtainable if you are in the clan.
